DIGITALIZATION OF THE ECONOMY
The article examines strategies for scaling the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in project management within entrepreneurial organizations. The article highlights four interrelated strategies: aligning AI initiatives with business goals and applying a portfolio approach to projects, gradual implementation through pilot projects and «quick wins», transformation of competencies and building a robust data and predictive analytics strategy. The paper shows that aligning AI projects with strategic priorities and managing them as a portfolio helps organizations move from fragmented experiments to systematic AI deployment. Step–by–step implementation via pilots reduces risks, delivers rapid demonstrable results, and builds trust in AI among managers and end–users. Special attention is paid to the role of an integrated data environment and predictive analytics in improving schedule accuracy, risk assessment, and resource allocation in project management. The article argues that combining these four strategies forms a coherent framework in which AI becomes a sustainable tool for enhancing project performance and supporting the long term growth of businesses in the digital economy.
In the context of the digital transformation of the economy, artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming a key factor in improving the efficiency of management processes in commercial organizations. The relevance of the research is due to the need to rethink traditional approaches to management in connection with the transition from intuitive expert solutions to databased management and algorithmic analytics. The purpose of the work is to analyze the role of AI in the transformation of management processes and identify conditions that ensure its effective implementation in commercial organizations.
To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: the influence of AI on the structure of management decisions was investigated; key changes in functional management processes (planning, control, personnel management) were identified; organizational and technological models of AI implementation were analyzed, and the main barriers and limitations were identified.
As a result of the study, it was found that the introduction of AI facilitates the transition to a predictive management model, increases forecasting accuracy, reduces transaction costs and strengthens control over business processes. It is revealed that the greatest effect is achieved when using hybrid architectures and control models of the «hub spokes» type, providing a balance between centralization and operational flexibility. It has also been proven that the effectiveness of AI depends not only on technological factors, but also on the level of organizational maturity, data quality, and staff readiness for change.
The article analyzes the specific nature of risks arising in the context of algorithmic trading on the stock market. It is argued that traditional classifications (market, credit, operational risks) fail to capture key features of modern trading algorithms: ultra–high speed (microsecond range), complexity of neural network decision interpretation, and the potential of single errors to trigger systemic failures. A new risk classification is proposed based on eight criteria: source of origin, impact level, predictability degree, time horizon, legal personality nature, controllability, technological factor type, and regulatory sensitivity. This approach enables both threat systematization and identification of specific management measures – from algorithm auditing to regulatory reforms. The destabilizing factors affecting the stock market were also listed. They play an increasing role as algorithmic trading develops, including various kinds of failures, both technical and human–related, liquidity problems at unstable markets, regulatory aspects of stock market regulation, etc. Attention was paid to the consideration of the interaction of algorithms with each other and the effects that may occur as a result of such interaction. We are talking about so–called flash crashes, when a malfunction of one algorithm can lead to a cascading failure of other algorithms, which causes an unpredictable effect on the market as a whole. Even a failure in one particular market can lead to disruptions in global markets as a whole, given the interdependence and global analysis of data by algorithms when making trading decisions.
The article examines the problem of managerial limitations caused by closed architectures of automated process control systems in the digital transformation of industrial enterprises operating critical information infrastructure. It is argued that modern automated process control systems should be considered not only as engineering systems for technological process control, but also as elements of the enterprise production and management circuit, providing data collection, monitoring, control actions and an information basis for managerial decision–making. The article shows that closed APCS architecture limits an enterprise’s ability to implement digital transformation due to vendor dependence, closed interfaces, low compatibility of components, high costs of system changes, difficulties in integration with corporate information systems and barriers to import substitution. The methodological basis of the study includes systemic, process, comparative and classification approaches. The scientific novelty of the article lies in clarifying the content of closed APCS architecture as a managerial barrier to digital transformation and in developing a classification of its limitations into five groups: architectural and technological, economic, organizational and managerial, integration–related, and regulatory–risk limitations. It is concluded that for enterprises operating critical information infrastructure, closed APCS architecture is of particular importance, since its limitations affect not only economic efficiency, but also the stability of critical processes, technological independence and the security of information interaction. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the proposed classification to justify the transition to more flexible, interoperable and open architectural solutions.
FINANCIAL AND CREDIT INSTRUMENTS OF IMPROVEMENT THE QUALITY OF ECONOMIC GROWTH
In conditions of high capital intensity, long investment cycles, and susceptibility to macroeconomic factors, development activities are in urgent need of effective tools for assessing and managing financial stability. Existing methods are generally based on retrospective analysis and do not fully account for the dynamics of external and internal factors. This article substantiates a methodology for assessing the financial stability of development organizations based on a system of drivers. The research objective is to develop a tool capable of ensuring proactive financial stability management by identifying and prioritizing key determinants. The methodology synthesizes theoretical concepts of financial stability, the industry specifics of development, and modern analytical tools, in particular, Saaty’s Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The proposed system of drivers is classified into external (monetary, regulatory, conjunctural, inflationary) and internal (structural, investment, performance, operational, innovative) categories. Within the methodology, quantitative prioritization of drivers is performed using AHP, and an integral financial stability index is calculated. The methodology’s verification was carried out using two development companies, demonstrating its practical applicability for identifying strengths and critical areas requiring management intervention. The methodology allows for increased diagnostic accuracy, optimization of financing structure, and strengthening stakeholder confidence.
REGIONAL AND INDUSTRY ECONOMY
The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the current state and transformation vectors of the Russian Federation’s woodworking industry in the context of the challenges facing it in 2025. The study is based on an assessment of the strategic importance of the sector, which accounts for a fifth of the world’s forest reserves. The authors identify key trends, including the dynamic growth of the wooden housing segment, increased furniture production, and expanded domestic consumption of lumber. Special attention is given to the transition to a circular economy model and the adoption of innovative Industry 4.0 technologies, such as additive manufacturing and robotization. The article also explores the prospects for integrating the industry into the carbon regulation system (ESG). The paper substantiates that the synergy of deep processing of raw materials and environmental responsibility is the foundation for ensuring the economic security and technological sovereignty of Russia’s timber industry.
The article examines the role of intellectual property in ensuring balanced economic development of the Russian Federation in the context of sanctions pressure, technological transformation and the need to accelerate the development of its own innovation potential. The theoretical basis of the work was a retrospective analysis of domestic approaches to the interpretation of the categories «balanced development» and «sustainable development», which made it possible to establish their meaningful difference and identify the relationship between the spatial harmonization of the economic system and its ability to adapt to external shocks. Based on the generalization of scientific sources, it is proved that the balance of the economy is formed with the coordinated development of territorial, sectoral, institutional and technological components, while stability reflects the ability of the system to maintain functioning and transform in conditions of uncertainty.
The empirical part of the study is based on statistical data for 2021–2025, characterizing the dynamics of the development of advanced manufacturing technologies, patent activity and the distribution of applications in critical areas. The author found that during the period under review, the number of advanced technologies developed in Russia increased by 29,3%, with the most pronounced growth recorded in the segments of industrial computing and big data technologies, automated identification, and production information systems. Additionally, an increase in the number of active patents and an increase in the share of applications from small and medium–sized businesses were revealed, which indicates an expansion of the circle of participants in innovation activities. The analysis of patent applications in priority technological areas showed the predominance of medical technologies, pharmaceuticals and energy equipment, reflecting the concentration of innovation efforts in industries of strategic importance to the economy.

The article discusses the problem of strategic management of a tourism cluster in a situation where the cluster members are legally independent entities with divergent economic and institutional goals, and the classical tools of hierarchical control or contractual coordination are limitedly applicable. As a research base, we have chosen the Republic of Tatarstan, where the development of tourism allows us to consider the region as one of the most mature Russian cluster sites. We have identified typical manifestations of limited coordination (structural, institutional, informational, and target–oriented) and proposed a set of management tools relevant to this situation. It is shown that in conditions of limited coordination, the strategic management function shifts from direct allocation of resources and tasks to the formation of a coordination environment: nuclear points, common reputation assets, selective support, and incomplete contracts. An analysis of the empirical base for tourism development in the republic allows us to conclude that government agencies, development institutions, and independent operators are working together in a coordinated manner in the absence of a direct management hierarchy.
MANAGEMENT ASPECTS OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP
The article is devoted to a critical analysis of the practice of rotating senior management personnel in large management facilities. Based on scientific publications on this topic, key mistakes in conducting rotation in organizations («the myth of the universal manager») have been identified. In this study, the authors argue for the need for a multifactorial analysis of the role, the candidate’s management profile, and the team’s characteristics before making a personnel decision. Rotation is not viewed as a routine transfer but rather as a high–risk intervention in the organizational system that is effective only when accompanied by methodical design and measurable success criteria.

The aim of the work is to develop an analytical model of the relationship between a distributed team, managerial maturity and market stability. The methodological basis consists of comparative analysis, source analysis, conceptual synthesis, typologization and analytical generalization. The analytical part highlights coordination, trust and organizational scalability mechanisms affecting the competitiveness of Web3 companies.
The article examines organizational determinants of the internationalization of FMCG companies under conditions of digital transformation of the global economy. The main theoretical approaches to analyzing international business expansion are considered, including the Uppsala internationalization model, institutional theory, and the resource–based view. A systematization of organizational factors determining the effectiveness of FMCG companies’ entry into foreign markets is conducted. Structural, resource–based, process–related, and experiential determinants of internationalization are identified, and their role in shaping firms’ international competitiveness is analyzed. Special attention is paid to the impact of digital platforms, online marketplaces, analytical technologies, and ecosystem based models on companies’ international development processes. It is established that successful internationalization of FMCG companies is driven by a combination of traditional organizational advantages and modern digital competencies. The need for further research into the impact of platform ecosystems and digital transformation on the effectiveness of international activities in the consumer sector is substantiated.
The paper examines a hybrid venture capital fundraising model that switches between cold outreach and warm, graph–based connection search, driven by CRM response data. The aim of the study is to develop and evaluate the routing of investor communications, in which the absence of an investor response after a series of emails prompts a search for a warm introduction through portfolio founders, co–investors, or direct connectors. The relevance of the work derives from contracting venture liquidity, rising demands on signal quality, and the limitations of applying cold outreach and warm referrals in isolation. The scientific novelty consists of treating the behavioral status of an investor as an algorithmic trigger for channel switching. Findings indicate that investor filtering, multi step email sequences, and the integration of social capital raise engagement, reduce the risk of base burnout, and convert communications into qualified negotiations. The article addresses researchers in venture financing, startup founders, operators of fundraising platforms, and specialists in investor communications.
The article is devoted to a methodological understanding of the tendering activity of industrial engineering enterprises that produce complex full–cycle equipment to meet the customer’s design requirements. The relevance of the topic is related to the growing share of purchases, where the competitiveness of the offer is formed at the intersection of engineering, commercial calculation and organizational discipline. The purpose of the work is to develop a logic for managing the tender process from the selection of an opportunity to the accumulation of experience after the completion of the procedure. The material is a corpus of modern peer–reviewed publications on bid management, proposal preparation, custom manufacturing, procurement management, and cross–functional interaction. The analytical part reveals the criteria for the decision on participation, the model of application preparation and ways to consolidate the tender knowledge. The practical value is associated with the application of the proposed logic in the work of tender, engineering and economic departments.
The article is devoted to strategies for bringing high–tech medical solutions to the healthcare market under budget constraints, increasing complexity of procurement procedures and restructuring supply channels. The scientific novelty is associated with the interpretation of a market launch as a sequence of manufacturer’s decisions: segment selection, preparation of an evidence base, building a partner model, service organization, and post–purchase application control. The aim of the study is to develop an analytical model for the promotion of medical technologies, taking into account regional differences, requirements for clinical value and distribution risks. The methodological basis was made up of comparative analysis, source assessment, typologization and conceptual synthesis of 10 publications from 2021–2024. The analytical part offers solutions for segmentation, partnerships, implementation monitoring, and entry barrier management.
This article examines the specifics of business processes in the digital economy, which has transformed the nature of competition. Competitiveness has become increasingly determined not by the availability of individual resources, but by an enterprise’s ability to organize its operations as a system of coordinated, harmonized, and continually evolving business processes. From this perspective, the author defines the concepts of «process approach», «business process», and «business process management».
The article substantiates the thesis that business process management is shifting from a tactical automation tool to a strategic approach that determines an enterprise’s competitiveness. The main directions of development of business processes in the digital environment are presented.
SOCIO-CULTURAL ASPECTS OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP
The modern ethics of civil servants undoubtedly has its own history. In our study, we will turn to the first century CE, when crucial world events took place in Judea and when, in opposition to the traditional Jewish worldview, a new Christian way of thinking began to emerge. It spread rapidly and even later became the state religion in some countries. The subject of our study is the choices of several of the state and political representatives discussed in this article, who made their choices and conducted their work in different ways.
WORLD ECONOMY AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP
The article explores whether franchising can be turned into a renewal tool for Uzbek small and medium sized businesses (SMEs). Now the economy is undergoing a double transformation: institutional and digital, and they are not always in step. Based on the synthesis of institutional theory and the concept of absorption capacity, the impact of technological transfer, institutional trust and regulatory pressure on the efficiency of franchise networks is analyzed. The empirical part relies on panel data and econometric modeling. Technology transfer and institutional trust have been found to have a positive impact on franchisee performance, while regulatory pressure has a chilling effect. The effect of technology has been shown to increase with a high level of institutional trust, while the administrative press, on the contrary, reduces returns. Three scenarios for the development of franchising until 2030 have been substantiated, reflecting alternative trajectories of institutional and technological development.
INSURANCE BUSINESS
The subject of this study is the set of legal and tax aspects of civil liability insurance for public catering enterprises amid dynamic changes in Russian legislation and the formation of new judicial practice in 2025–2026.
