DIGITALIZATION OF THE ECONOMY
The article emphasizes the presence and significance of four main areas of digitalization. The interdisciplinary nature of the scientific foundations of digitalization is revealed. The role of the main factors and conditions of digitalization is considered. An assessment of the current level and prospects of digitalization in Russia is presented.
In the 21st century, in the era of universal globalization and digitalization, one of the most important parameters and criteria for the effectiveness and demand for a manufactured product or service is competitiveness, realized by choosing the right and effective competitive strategies. To identify and distinguish from the whole variety of competitive strategies that will take into account and reflect the challenges of the digital economy, it is very important to identify the main, key strategies, or in other words, the base from which you can later build and develop an individual strategy that reflects the goals and objectives of the organization participating in the digital economy market.
In modern economic conditions, there is an active transformation of interaction between economic entities and consumers, which occurs through the involvement of new tools that cause the onset of the industrial revolution (Industry 4.0). The increase in the scope of the Internet and the expansion of the digital space largely provides an opportunity to conveniently obtain information about works, services, goods and their cost. In such a situation, when the diffusion of products, goods, works and services is more active, and the stage of life associated with sales is characterized by an increasingly short period, specialists in the field of sales activities are focused on involving new opportunities on the Internet in order to promote them as productively as possible. the article presents the key types of social media used as objects of marketing activity. The article analyzes information about the income of companies due to the placement of advertising messages in social networks, and also presents the characteristics of global social media that have a positive experience of penetration into the world market. The article reveals the main advantages of modern technologies of product promotion in the market and identifies the difficulties that arise in its implementation. The main purpose of this study is to identify a modern tool that provides businesses with the opportunity to carry out stable sales activities of manufactured goods and expand the sales market based on the involvement of digital technologies in this business process.
The article defines that the social functioning of communication technologies forms the media environment (media space) of a digital society. Organizations that are at high levels of digital maturity are significantly more likely than organizations with lower maturity to achieve high net income and annual revenue growth. Based on the analysis, ten key competencies that are critical for the management of the media industry are identified.
Life does not stand still, it is constantly evolving. Digitalization has affected absolutely all spheres of human activity, especially in various industries. The transport and logistics area was no exception, which every year is more and more susceptible to this phenomenon. The article analyzes the trends in the development of transport and logistics in the context of digitalization.
FINANCIAL AND CREDIT INSTRUMENTS OF IMPROVEMENT THE QUALITY OF ECONOMIC GROWTH
For almost a decade the world has been struck by two global financial crises – the crisis of 2008–2009 and the ongoing socio-economic crisis caused by the COVID–19 pandemic. Although these crises continue to have a serious impact on the global economy, they differ in terms of root causes and timing of action. The crisis of 2020 affected almost all spheres of society, not only financial organizations suffered, but, first of all, small and medium–sized entrepreneurs whose business had to be temporarily suspended or closed completely.
The programs of anti–crisis measures taken by the governments of different countries practically do not differ from each other in their conceptual component, declaring financial injections into the banking sector or the social sector as priority measures to support the population as priority measures, taking into account the capabilities of the Digital Industry 4.0 mechanisms to a small extent, including the case of providing the necessary financial assistance to all economic entities.
The work of Islamic financial institutions is directly related to real business, therefore, in the case when small and medium–sized enterprises do not have financial and other opportunities, including in the case of restrictive measures introduced by governments, to interact with their financial institutions, the financial regulators of the country together with the management of banks should develop a number of plans for overcoming the current situations, taking into account the goals of Sharia (Maqasid al–Shari’ah).
The list of standard anti�crisis products for the financial market is confined to social Sukuk, Qard al–Hasan, Zakat, Waqf, however, taking into account the fact that it is crisis situations that provide a good opportunity for the development of new directions (products, services), the market of Islamic financial instruments needs to switch to FinTech solutions, especially since the forecasts of the countries of the Arab region on this direction show positive dynamics and tremendous potential.
The purpose of this article is to study the prospects for investment in 2021, both in Russia and abroad. The task is to analyze the macroeconomic situation and financial markets in the world, as well as different sectors of economies with potentially attractive prospects for recovery and development. The methods used in the article are comparison, analysis and synthesis. As a result of the study, economic sectors, asset classes and issuers are identified that can demonstrate significant growth in 2021.
The development of business cooperation between Russia and China in the financial sector is a multifactorial process, in which the banking sector plays an essential role. The article in hand describes the current state of Sino–Russian cooperation in the banking sector, points out the main issues and puts forward some suggestions for improving the working partnership between the two countries in this area with the aim of facilitating mutual trade, attracting investment, and developing the entire range of financial services.
SOCIO-CULTURAL ASPECTS OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Mediation as an alternative method of conflict resolution has increasingly become the subject of numerous studies. Due to its interdisciplinary nature, mediation can be viewed from the perspective of different sciences. This article analyzes the economic component of the mediator’s role as a key figure in the negotiation process and offers a phenomenological model of economic risks in dispute resolution with his participation.
This article presents an analysis of the management of physical culture and sports in China. The attention is focused on the key aspects of management and development of children and youth, mass sports, as well as Olympic sports. The aspects of preparation for the upcoming Winter Olympic Games–2022 in the PRC are considered. The final part of the manuscript provides recommendations of a recommendatory nature on borrowing positive aspects from the Chinese experience for their adaptation to Russian reality.
This work considers the main approaches to improving the process of teaching students of management specialties of higher education in the context of the introduction of digital technologies. The results of the study of students’ priorities regarding the form and presentation of the studied material are shown, their analysis and interpretation are described. The conclusions of the author’s team on the trends and prospects for digitalization of the higher management education system in the Russian Federation were made.
In the presented article, the author examines the problems of the impact of technological progress on everyday social communications in society of the XXI century. The author analyzes the positive and negative aspects of the influence of the latest technologies on communication processes in modern society, and also touches on the topic of human interaction with artificial intelligence in the digital era. Particular attention is paid to the characteristic features of variable interactions and communications carried out through the Internet, social networks and instant messengers. As a result, it is concluded that it is necessary to form in modern generations of people a balanced, rational and critical approach to using the achievements of scientific and technological progress, not to the detriment of their intellect, independence, moral merit and the quality of communication with others, but for the good.
INDUSTRY ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY
The main tendencies of the development of the Russian aircraft engine building and aircraft building in general, as well as the results of the implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation «Development of the aircraft industry» are considered. A model for the development of aircraft construction based on quality management systems is proposed.
The article analyzes the measures of state regulation of the export of unprocessed timber, aimed at reducing the volume of its export from the country and providing raw materials for Russian timber industry enterprises. The tools are given to support the restructuring of the logging business for deep processing of wood in the context of a ban on the export of unprocessed coniferous timber from Russia. A differentiated and gradual transitional period for the implementation of the ban on the export of industrial round timber is proposed, during which the modernized version of LesEGAIS can become an effective tool for controlling timber transactions.
The article analyzes the world experience in the field of security. The existing experience, the possibility of its use in modern conditions in Russia is analyzed. Analysis of foreign experience has shown that the current state of transport security requires serious study and clearer measures, but they are not possible without improving legal regulation and without introducing modern technologies.
A necessary characteristic of economic science is its practical orientation in one way or another. With the development of the economy as a science, both the level and quality of life of people increases. Behavioral economics, being an interesting field of study and research, is actively integrated into the state and economic activities of foreign countries. In this article, it is proposed to study the possibility and limits of such integration in our country for the service sector.
THE STATE AND CIVIL SOCIETY INTERACTION
The article analyzes some issues related to the practical implementation of the principle of transparency (openness) of budget data at the municipal level (on the example of the Republic of Karelia). Methods such as monitoring and assessing the level of openness of budget data of municipalities and such a tool «as a citizens budget» are considered. The results of an analytical study on the availability and completeness of placement on the official information resources of the administrations of municipalities of the Republic of Karelia of the data necessary for monitoring and assessing the level of openness of budgetary data of municipalities in the Republic of Karelia are presented. The generalized conclusions on the analysis of «citizens budget» published on the official websites of the municipalities of the Republic of Karelia are presented. It is concluded that the implementation of the principle of openness (transparency) of the budget, using various methods of tools, will increase the interest and involvement of citizens in the budget process, and the solution of issues of local importance. An analysis of the practical use of individual mechanisms for implementing the principle of transparency (openness) at the municipal level in the Republic of Karelia indicates that there is a need to improve them at the local level.
This article examines public–private partnership as an effective mechanism in the investment market. It also analyzes the advantages of PPP in comparison with budget-investment projects. The author provides the main problems of PPP projects implementation and suggests ways to solve them.

In this article, the author outlines the issues of enterprise development of small and medium–sized enterprises, individual entrepreneurs and self–employed in the regions of the Russian Federation in modern realities». The author presents the directions of development of this sector of the economy according to the national project on the development of small and medium–sized enterprises, the dependence of their development on many causes is shown, including from the development of territories, urban development projects, tax regimes, support programs, and other factors. Data on concessional loans issued to small and medium–sized businesses, including sole proprietors, are presented starting from 2019 to 2020, and the planned loan volumes for them from 2021 to 2024 by Federal Districts of the Russian Federation, law on integrated development of territories, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the Professional income tax. The importance of the development of subjects is indicated of enterprise development of small and medium–sized enterprises, individual entrepreneurs and self–employed as a strategic task for the development of the country’s economy.
