Abstract

The article defines the term «e–commerce» and gives a short history mark. The pandemic situation has had an accelerating effect on the market of e–commerce in the whole world and, specifically, in Russia. On the example of Russian e–commerce companies there was made an average assessment of the COVID–19’s influence on the inner market. More than that, there was assigned perspective group of good for selling on the Internet and also shown approximate prediction of continuous growth of e–commerce market.

Along with most Arab countries, Saudi Arabia faced the consequences of two crises, falling oil prices and coronovirus. Being one of the leaders in oil production, its budget has undergone various changes over the years, both in the direction of increasing and decreasing government revenues and expenditures. However, as you know, the pandemic gave a powerful impetus to the development of digital technologies, including in the financial field. Saudi
Arabia is no exception to the rule. Despite the fact that the Kingdom is considered to be a fairly closed country, the consistent implementation of the Vision 2030 concept has opened up wide ways for both the domestic market of the country and foreign investors to realize the financial potential of households and their counterparties.
Of course, the oil sector plays the first and most important role in the country, but it is worth noting that the financial sector, which includes the largest Islamic institutions, subject to further modernization and digitalization, in the medium term may not be much inferior in volume to the hydrocarbon sector. The development of diversification in terms of strengthening the role of non–oil sectors with the stable support of the government of the country shows this.

the article discusses the features of financial management of media industry companies. The media industry requires deep planning, effective financing, compliance with the rules of interaction with customers using the main digital ERP functions. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the separation of operational and business functions, flexible change of business planning taking into account modern realities, for example, quantum computing, which will contribute to more efficient financial management in the media industry.

Special economic zones are becoming an increasingly common and popular instrument of economic growth policy, especially during the COVID:19 pandemic. They belong to economic regulators and have existed for several centuries. The article considers the existing types of special economic zones. Abstract

Under conditions of restrictions caused by various factors, it becomes obvious that the struggle is not for maximum profit, but for the stability of the socio–economic environment, the stability of the relationships that develop from the interaction between economic entities with a common collective goal–setting. The publication contains forms of entrepreneurial networks. The classification is given from the point of view of the internal and external environment. There are two main forms of entrepreneurial networks: clusters and holdings. The structure, classification of forms of entrepreneurial networks is presented. A comparative analysis of clusters and holdings has been carried out. Research methods used: analysis, comparison, induction, deduction.

Abstract

In modern economic and political conditions, the main task of Russia is to fully realize its foreign economic potential, which means an increase in the efficiency of foreign economic transit. The development of the logistics potential of the Russian Federation is of paramount importance not only for the transport area of the state, but also for geopolitics, the economy in general, and the social sphere.

For a progressive increase in economic indicators in the freight transit of the Russian Federation, there is one «bottleneck» — at present, the state of the transport infrastructure — in most regions of Russia, it is completely impossible to ensure the necessary efficiency of transit freight traffic, thus there is a need to competently form the transport and logistics infrastructure and clearly identify where problems may arise and prepare the necessary solutions in advance.

The role and place of key competencies in the implementation of the concept «from points to space» has been determined. The results of a study on the identification of key competencies of a large Russian enterprise engaged in the production of high–voltage bushings are presented.

Abstract

The article shows that the main cause, which restrains wide implementation of helicopters, is the incongruity of the current park of helicopters to the character and the high cost of the performing tasks. The solvation of the problem would be a saturation of the helicopter park by the new types of helicopters. The method of calculation of the possible reduction of exploitation expenses under optimization of helicopter types in accordance with market demand is offered. The optimization of types and quantity of helicopters park enables the customers to reduce their costs and widen the possibilities of helicopters exploitation in national economy.

According to authoritative experts in the financial sector, the final transition to a «green» economy around the world will help to move to sustainable development, which will help to get rid of poverty on the largest scale that humanity has known before. To improve and systematically accumulate natural capital (fish, soil, water resources, forest), it is necessary to correctly redistribute private and public investment funds. This can be achieved by creating acceptable conditions and the necessary political reforms.

The highest priority business tasks at the moment are the development of special technologies that provide for a closed cycle, as well as a gradual annual reduction in the carbon emissions of enterprises.

Abstract

The article discusses the processes of tender and procurement activities that are promising for automation in a trading company. The types of activities of a specialist in tender activities are analyzed. Using the visual editor of the ROBIN platform, an algorithm for the operation of an automated system is proposed. Calculations showed that by automating the main processes associated with the participation of the company in tenders, it is possible to free up the working time of specialists and gain an economic effect of about 250 thousand rubles.

Abstract

The article presents the results of the analysis of the current electricity consumption in different countries. Various directions and approaches to reducing the carbon footprint have been analyzed, which have shown the high importance of implementing projects in the field of energy conservation and alternative energy. It has been established that the implementation of these projects will allow not only to reduce the harm caused to the environment, but also to obtain a significant economic effect due to energy conservation and the use of distributed energy technologies. An example of the implementation of projects for the modernization of street lighting systems in the Smolensk region, based on the use of energy–saving technologies and solar panels, is considered. The results of the analysis showed that the main difficulty in the implementation of projects in the field of development of street lighting systems on the basis of this approach is associated with the lack of sufficient financial resources, which is due to their high science intensity. Various mechanisms and practices of attracting investments in these projects in the USA, Germany and Russia were considered.

Abstract

The publication examines the theoretical aspects and practical problems of social capital management at the corporate level. The concept of social capital, its differences from other aspects of the management of intangible capital of modern organizations is presented. The reasons for insufficient attention to social capital management in the practice of corporate management have been clarified. Based on the results of the analysis of social reporting of 18 largest companies–leaders in key sectors of the economy, it is shown that key corporate entities acting as drivers of the socio–economic development of the Russian Federation are not involved in the practice of social capital management. The directions of social capital management are substantiated, the place in the ESG system is determined, and the directions for assessing social capital are proposed. It is concluded that, despite insufficient practical development, social capital management is intended to become a promising and significant area of corporate management in the ESG direction.

Aspects of the pros and cons of online and offline fitness classes are argued, current trends in the field of health–improving physical culture are outlined, forecasts for the development of the fitness services market in the near future are provided.
