The paper discusses the feasibility and effectiveness of using system theory in small business in times of crisis. The article states that the theory and practice of a systemic approach was previously used to increase the efficiency of large enterprises and organizations. The author proposes the application of the principles and methods of system theory for small businesses, and also emphasizes the need to increase the level of economic and financial literacy of entrepreneurs in small businesses, especially during crises.

Abstract

The article deals with the comparative analysis of the medium–term cycles the economic activity the scale of the world and Russian economy. The economic situation in 2008–2020 was similarly charactarized by balternating recessions, plateaus and rises in both the Russian and global economies. It is a big question whether well–known crises of 2008, 2014 and 2020 were standard resale crises, and the wobbling of sanctions and the coronavirus pandemic are new secondary factors of market fluctuations.

Abstract

The authors examined the importance of integrated tasks of entrepreneurship among young individuals in Kurdistan. The study aimed to evaluate the level of youth understanding of entrepreneurship. The data was collected from 242 youth and the frequencies have been used to measure the weights of the tasks from the youth perspective. The authors found ideas, training, knowledge, competencies, and skills are sufficiently important to youth entrepreneurship success. The study also indicated that young individuals in Kurdistan Region are not aware of the entrepreneurship dimensions as the tasks, but they still found it as an integrated part of entrepreneurship. The lack of creativity, initiative, and innovation among youth is found to be associated with poor quality of youth in identifying opportunities and risk–taking due to the lack of understanding and knowledge as pre–conditions to the business start–up.

Abstract

The article analyzes the structure of the integral indicator of the labor potential of an organization in the form of a set of 6 components: physiological, educational, professional, innovative, social and economic potentials. The authors have developed and presented a system of indicators for assessing the labor potential of organizations, which reflects the significance of each of its components and is based on 38 particular indicators. The fundamental provisions of the calculation of the integral indicator of the labor potential of the organization are justified.

Abstract

The article examines the positive aspects of foreign and Russian experience in physical culture and health–improving work with workers. Attention is focused on the economic feasibility of using digital physical culture and health–improving technologies in the management of organizations, through which, according to the author, it is possible to organize physical education during the working day not only for large corporations, but also for small firms, which will have a positive effect on improving the efficiency of workers and labor productivity. It also emphasizes the key role of municipal–private partnerships in the creation and implementation of projects related to corporate sports.

Abstract

The presented article analyzes the problems of the formation of Internet addiction in the modern information society. The author consistently examines the essence and characteristic signs (symptoms) of cyber addiction, socio–psychological prerequisites and factors of its actualization, the main forms of manifestation and social scale of distribution. Particular attention is paid to the issues of effective implementation of various types of prevention of pathological addiction to being in the worldwide network. As a result, it was concluded that it is necessary to systematically form (in the process of socialization of generations of the XXI century) a rationalized and balanced approach to the use of Internet resources and electronic digital devices that provide access to them. The ultimate goal of moving in this direction could be the development of a culture of healthy attitude and productive development of cyber technologies in the name of the liberation and progress of mankind, and not its enslavement and degradation.

The paper considers the insurance sector of the EAEU countries is analyzed: Russia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and the Republic of Belarus. The development of insurance markets in the EAEU member states differ significantly. The lowest level of development of the insurance industry is characterized by Armenia and Kyrgyzstan, the highest level of development is in Russia. The paper also examines the restrictions on the reinsurance market in the EAEU countries.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the main risks associated with export deliveries by small and medium–sized industrial enterprises. Of all the many risks that arise in foreign trade deliveries of SMEs, the author identifies two large groups: a priori risks, which are a theoretical plan for working out certain commercial issues of the company’s entry into the foreign market, and a posteriori risks, which become known to the business entity only after entering a foreign market, organizing a specific supply chain, conducting an advertising campaign, etc. The described risk groups — apriori, aposteriori, most specific level — the level of commercial risks of an enterprise engaged in foreign trade deliveries.

The article examines the similarities and different entrepreneurial activities carried out by Russian and foreign football organizations. The relevance of the topic under consideration deals with the fact that in modern conditions the commercialization of football acts as a necessary factor in the promotion of this sport throughout the world. The main methods used in the work are analytical and comparative–comparative methods.

The author, in the process of research, explains why international competitions are constantly growing, and the growth rate is constantly increasing. And also according to the results of the study, it was concluded: in Russia, the commercialization of football is at an early stage, and the solution to this problem is quite distant prospects.

The issue of information support for public administration has always been very acute and, obviously, will never leave the category of topical. By solving it, active integration of advanced scientific and technological achievements into the provision of the process of state administration has been and continues to be. Several upheavals have taken place along the way, the largest of which have been the emergence of wired radio telephony and computerization. Today, such a revolution is digitalization, under the sign of which the post– industrial society exists today and the knowledge economy is being formed. 
In such conditions, it seems appropriate to consider the problem put forward in the title of this article and specifically characterize the post–industrial society and the knowledge economy in the system of modern economic discourse, consider public administration as a mechanism and an economic problem, and analyze the information support of public administration of the knowledge economy.

The prerequisites for increasing the role of public administration in organizing the production of special–purpose products based on the use of state strategic controlling are considered. An organizational and economic mechanism for the implementation of the functions of state strategic controlling at industrial enterprises is proposed, which is characterized by the integration of controlling functions in industry and the state acceptance system and involves the introduction of an integrated organizational structure of controlling.
