Currently, there is a number of problems that prevent the development of the Russian securities market. This article examines the problems of information provision of the bond market and suggests the ways to address them in order to increase the attractiveness of the Russian securities market for investors. The object of the study is the disclosure system on the Russian bond market. The subject of the study is the regulatory requirements for disclosure of information and the types of liability for incorrect disclosure of information in Russia. The author of the article conducts a study of the information disclosure system on the Russian bond market using such methods as observation, analysis and synthesis.

In the article questions and problems of providing entrepreneurs and enterprise structures by available and acceptable financial (credit) means due to decrease in interest (credit) rates by banks are considered. This article deals with basic concepts of neoclassical economic theory and behavioral finance and gives them definitions. Also it shows main differences between these two theories. In the article the price movements of common stocks of Sberbank of Russia from the middle of 2017 from position of the technical analysis is investigated. The movements of stocks are compared to the movement of the index of MICEX. Their similarity is noted. The best description among indicators is shown by simple moving averages.
