Deposits of individuals — falling and take-off
Abstract
In this article the reasons of education and the direction of formation of commercial banks of modern Russia are stated history. The situation on the securities market, brought to a default of1998 is described. Data on revocation of licenses on bank operations for the entire period of existence ofsystem of commercial banks are provided in modern Russia. Crisis consequences in the banking sector after 1998 are briefly reflected. The reasons of creation ofState Company «Agency for deposit insurance» and results of its activity are specified.
