Abstract

In article mechanisms are considered and conditions of realization of strategy of social and economic development of Russia till 2020. One of such mechanisms is the insurance protection, allowing to remove periodically arising disproportions not to the detriment of current and perspective problems.
The author states results of research of conditions of realization of strategy. Economically proves advantages and economic efficiency of compensation of the unforeseen losses caused to the state, the enterprises, the organizations and citizens as a result of extreme events through the insurance mechanism in comparison with their compensation at the expense of budgets of different levels. The insurance role in maintenance of performance of strategic problems and macroeconomic proportions is shown.
