The article discusses the concept of digitalization, and also analyzes the main problems of its use. The development of digitalization is facilitated by the widespread introduction of various digital technologies. The article focuses on the prerequisites, goals and objectives of the development of digitalization in Russia. The authors came to the conclusion that for the successful implementation of digitalization, it is necessary to have a developed public information sector, stimulate the development of start–ups, the latest technological developments, and, of course, ensure information security.

The phenomenon of digitalization contributes to the implementation of the strategic national goals of states and international associations. The members of the Eurasian Economic Union form a single digital space of the EAEU, implement the processes of digitalization, digital logistics, the development of intelligent transport systems, and the introduction of electronic transport documents.

At the present stage of development, the socio–economic transformation of the world society is taking place, accompanied by the modernization of state institutions. These processes are impossible without government spending and the revenues that provide them. The main revenues in many countries are tax payments, the receipt of which in the budget system is ensured through the system of tax administration.

The subject of research in the article is the economic relations that arise in the process of tax administration and their impact on the development of the world economy.

The article is devoted to the study of the essence and various consequences of the shadow economy. The most significant feature of the shadow economy is the fact that it has a significant negative impact on the economy of the region, country and/or economic unions. It is worth noting the fact that quite successful work has been carried out to combat the shadow economy for quite a long time, all the same, the threats emanating from it remain quite high. Based on the results of the study, the authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary to further improve the work of state bodies and business structures aimed at working together to counter the shadow economy.

The activities of innovative enterprises entail various risk situations. Organisations should be able to identify perceived risks and minimise them. Innovative enterprises, whose activities are known to be the most risky, should try their best to establish a risk management process.

At the moment, modern «green» construction is already one of the most effective tools for sustainable development of various territories of both the Russian Federation and a number of EAEU and EU countries. The importance of «green» construction as a specified tool is increasing in modern conditions both for individual regions of the Russian Federation according to various development indicators, and for a number of countries of the European Union. The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the financial condition of the telecommunication company, including an assessment of the liquidity, solvency and financial stability, as well as an assessment of the risk of its insolvency, to identify factors that negatively affect the financial condition of the organization and problems of its managing.

The article presents an analysis of the statistics of the consequences of accidents on ships. Particular attention is paid to the causes of collisions and ways to reduce their number. The types of damage as part of the total damage as a result of an accident on a ship are disclosed. Measures to reduce the level of accidents in river and sea transport are given.

In the current conditions of the economic downturn caused by antiWRussian sanctions and the coronavirus pandemic, the effective use of production factors is one of the most important aspects of the development of the state. As part of the work, a multiple regression model of the dependence of the gross regional product on the average annual number of employed and students was constructed. The calculations performed indicate the high statistical significance of the constructed equation.

Human capital in any organization is one of the key assets. But not many managers are able to assess human capital in financial terms, as well as determine the financial value of this asset. Most of the organization’s human capital is made up of labor. The amount of this capital is also influenced by the management of human capital itself and culture.

The article is devoted to the social development of Russian regions. The authors describe the procedure for finding its integral indicator. It is proposed to use the statistical collection «Regions of Russia, socio–economic indicators» as a source of information. The algorithm for determining the integral indicator of regional development is described, the formula for its calculation is given. The features and disadvantages that are possible when using numerical indicators of social orientation are determined. A practical example of calculating an integral indicator for the regions of the Central Federal District is given, calculated data on the level of social regional development are given. The analysis of the presented data is carried out, conclusions are drawn about possible directions and prospects for further research in temporal and spatial aspects.
