According to the Development Programme nanotechnology in Russia until 2015, in 2008 the world market nanoproducts estimated $ 700 billion and is projected by 2015 it will reach 1200 - 1500 billion dollars by the Government of Russia set the revolutionary goals of sharp growth in production nanoproducts and leaving them on the world market.
The development of modern economy is now in line with changing technological structures. Nanotechnology with Biotechnology form the core of the new, sixth technological mode. Sixth technological way in its infancy in most developed countries - the U.S., Japan and Western Europe. In Russia, nanotech is still in its infancy.
Market Development nanoproducts in Russia is today largely by the Government and the state budget. The problem is the commercialization of scientific developments. The situation is aggravated by the economic crisis, capping state budget expenditures and budgets for the development of industries and companies.
