Expert evaluation of physical culture teachers of professional competences of the director of the school

Abstract

Today Secondary School in force in the administration management of per capitafunding for each student involved in competition with other schools . The success of institutions depends largely on the professional competence of the Director. Every teacher has an opinion about what the professional competences and personal qualities of a director. The article presents the results of the survey of teachers of physical culture (FC) of secondary schools (school ) having work experience as a teacher in the School of FC at least two years, on the basis of which conclusions are offered an advisory nature to improve the organizational and managerial activities director.
