Methodological bases of participation of economic higher education institutions in formation of scientific science and technology parks in the Republic Mary-El
Abstract
Among the Russian economic higher education institutions while there are no high-grade projects on creation of scientific science and technology parks, despite the list of scientific problems facing domestic economy that predetermines need of development of a methodological basis for participation of economic higher education institutions information, management and creation of scientific science and technology parks at regional level.
