Abstract

We consider the strategic role of the chemical industry in the economy of the Russian Federation, its main challenges identified in the consumption ofenergy and materials. The technique of organizing resources and energy controlling of chemical plants using tools of corporate information systems that will ensure the growth of energy efficiency and reduce consumption of resources in primary and secondary business processes and manufacturing processes in the chemical industry, helping to improve their competitiveness.
