Abstract

In article indicators and the indicators characterizing productivity ofresearches and workings out on an example of the federal target program «Researches and workings out in priority directions of development of a scientifically-technological complex of Russia for 2007-2012» (further - the Program) are considered. The analysis of dependence of indicators of program actions with target indicators of the Program, and also with macroeconomic, microeconomic and basic indicators of the Program is carried out. Comparison ofindicators and indicators of the Program and Strategy of development of a science and innovations is spent to the Russian Federation. In article principles ofconstruction ofindicators and indicators for the characteristic ofproductivity ofperformance ofresearches and workings out at drawing up of programs of financing of a science also are described.
