Abstract

Today the world is experiencing rapid market growth of nanotechnology. According to the Development Programme nanotechnology in Russia until 2015, in 2008 the world market nanoproducts estimated $ 700 billion and is projected by 2015 it will reach 1200 - 1500 billion dollars by the Government of Russia set the revolutionary goals of sharp growth in production nanoproducts and leaving them on the world market.
