Abstract

The article deals with methods of valuation of goods, works and services in the implementation of procurement under the Federal Act on July 21, 2005 № 94-FZ "On Procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs "in relation to R & D as one of the specific types of work. The method to return the budget developed by the author of a scientific group in the performance of public contract under the Federal Target Program "Research and development on priority directions of scientific-technological complex of Russia for 2007-2012"
