Organizational and economic mechanism for the formation of competencies in the field of import substitution for enterprises producing electrical equipment

Abstract
The prospects for the use of bionic structures to improve the efficiency of the processes of functioning and development of enterprises for the production of electrical equipment are considered. An organizational and economic mechanism for the formation of competencies in the field of import substitution for enterprises producing electrical equipment has been developed. Examples of key competencies formed at the level of enterprises for the production of electrical equipment, as well as at the level of consumers of the products of these enterprises, are given.
