«Green» construction as an effective tool for sustainable development of territories

Abstract
At the moment, modern «green» construction is already one of the most effective tools for sustainable development of various territories of both the Russian Federation and a number of EAEU and EU countries. The importance of «green» construction as a specified tool is increasing in modern conditions both for individual regions of the Russian Federation according to various development indicators, and for a number of countries of the European Union. Regional and local authorities are already developing and partially implemented effective comprehensive programs for the development of «green construction», thereby contributing to the sustainable development of the regions.
