Port special economic zones as an incentive for development in the conditions of COVID–19

Abstract

Special economic zones are becoming an increasingly common and popular instrument of economic growth policy, especially during the COVID:19 pandemic. They belong to economic regulators and have existed for several centuries. The article considers the existing types of special economic zones. Attention is focused on the specifics of the port zone as the most relevant form of business support and development during the COVID19 period.
