The scientific and practical journal "Entrepreneur’s Guide" was established by the Russian Academy of Entrepreneurship in 2004.

Until 2008, the "Entrepreneur's Guide" was a collection of scientific works by the faculty of the Russian Academy of Entrepreneurship, domestic and foreign scientists who have worked closely with the Academy for many years.

The main theme of the publications was devoted to discussion and solution of topical problems of entrepreneurship development in Russia, analysis of the role of the State in this process.

In 2008 the scientific and practical journal "Entrepreneur's Guide" was included in the List of leading Russian reviewed scientific journals and publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of  Science and the Higher Education of Russia, in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of doctor and candidate of sciences should be published.
