Abstract

Despite consequences ofany crisis in the external and internal environment, it is opportunity to organizational changes in society or in the concrete company as changes thinking, information and structural communications, forcing to adapt and adapt for the new economic conditions guaranteeing further existence. In this connection, the important place in overcoming of the crisis phenomena is taken today by the crisis management, which main functions we are considered within this publication.
