Features of transactions of M&A of telecommunication branch
Abstract
In the real present the main motives of merges and acquisitions as a whole and their features in telecommunication branch are revealed, various methods of estimation of cost of the companies are analysed, the analysis of a role of the Russian mobile network operators in relation to the world market of mobile communication is carried out. Calculation of cost of the possible company purpose by a comparative method on the basis of multiplier of P/S and EV/EBITDA and ARPU coefficient is carried out.
