Russia in the WTO: the need to increase the technological level of production
Abstract
The necessity of raising the technological level of the economy as a key factor in ensuring the safety of Russian foreign trade in terms of its membership in the WTO. The main way to improve this proposed formulation and implementation of a national strategy for technological development through enhanced strategic and innovative functions of the state and the business sector.
