Instruments stimulating the development of non-conventional energy
Abstract
The article considers the problems and prospects of non-conventional energy, shown its place in the overall structure of the power industry of Russia. At the same time special attention is paid to the possibilities of the use of electrochemical systems with solid polymer electrolyte (fuel cells, and cells), in which as a reducing agent uses hydrogen. Systematized instruments of state promoting the use of non-traditional renewable sources of energy.
