Russia in International Investment Process: Dynamics and Main Trends

Abstract

This article reviews current trends in international migration of capital and how they were affected by the globalfinancial crisis in a period of2007—2011. Based on the analysis of the foreign investment dynamics in the Russian Federation in regional and sectoral perspective the author determined their main characteristics and patterns, offered the basic regional policy directions aimed on resource potential of the region'increasing and balanced regional economics formation.
