Формирование системы показателей контроллинга на предприятиях электроэнергетики
Abstract
Transition to market relations determines the need to introduce new concepts of management in domestic enterprises, such as controlling. The article explains how to create a scorecard for controlling electric utility, as well as some of the results of its application in the enterprise, occupied by the combined generation of heat and electricity.
