Abstract

The article addresses current state of construction industry. The author analyzes its innovative business principles by the example of the small business enterprise ZAO Setstroy (Moscow). The author believes that application of innovative technologies in design of buildings and building complexes contributes to better performance of an enterprise, and that such approach enables ZAO Setstroy to stand firm in regional markets.
