Coal industry ecosystem of the Russian Federation

Abstract

Industrial production and its’ current state was reviewed in this article as part of ecosystem on the example of the coal industry. The direction of the Russian coal industry development as the four element ecosystem was reviewed: subject, environment, process and project. The most modern model of the interaction between public and private sectors as a form ofthe public-private partnership was suggested.
