Features of analysis of internal and external environment of sports facilities
Abstract
The article substantiates the importance and significance of aspects related to the analysis of the internal and external environment of sports facilities. In a market economy, a favorable financial condition is the key to the survival, stability and competitiveness of the enterprise. The author considers the tasks to justify the timely analysis of the current state of the sports complex, as well as recommendations for improving the management of the sports facility in a competitive environment.
