Intellectual firm: fundamental features and development models

Abstract

Identification of distinctive features of the comparative characteristics of an intellectual enterprise in relation to a production and transactional enterprise, which makes it possible to determine the modes of its dynamics for changing the structure of the enterprise within the framework of the «knowledgeintelligence» matrix.
