The role of science in overcoming modern global crises

Abstract
The article analyzes the views of researchers on the problem of global crises and the role of science in solving them. The system «world–man» has been studied. The publication touches upon the topic of the anthropogenic beginning of global crises. Particular attention is paid to environmental global crises. In conclusion, the significance of science in the system of overcoming global crises is revealed.
