Assessment of the investment attractiveness of the region

Abstract
The concept of investment attractiveness of enterprises and the factors influencing it are considered. The factors of decision–making of investors from the point of view of the expediency of financing enterprises have been determined. The state of enterprises has been investigated in the context of capital investments by types of assets and sources of financing.
The international experience of improving investment attractiveness is presented. The catalysts for the development of the level of investment potential have been identified. The ways of increasing the investment attractiveness of enterprises are proposed.
