Economic measures to stimulate production of biodegradable disposable tablewar

Abstract
The article discusses the problem of plastic environmental pollution and promising ways to solve it. One of such ways is to reduce the volume of the production of disposable plastic tableware with the subsequent transition to the use of biodegradable samples. Based on the analysis of the technological chain of disposable tableware production in Russia, a set of measures has been proposed to support its participants in the transition to the production of its substitutes (paper and biodegradable tableware).
