Educational services and features of functioning of the educational Russian Federation system in the conditions of upgrade
Abstract
The article deals with educational services, particularly in the functioning of the educational system in Russia, contributing to the effective promotion of the educational services on the market that perform functions such as information, advice, participation in the marketing of educational services and resource support of education. The analysis of the functioning of the educational system in Russia from the modernization 1992-x onwards.
