Abstract
In the article management actuality is certain innovative activity of industrial enterprises, the list of management principles is presented by innovative activity, the basic specific of functioning and development of industrial enterprises is Expounded in the conditions of cognitive economy, key aspects are given, specifying the features of forming of innovative potential of these enterprises.
