Modern strategy of bankruptcy of the Russian enterprises

Abstract

Among the most vital issues characterizing the sphere of bankruptcy of the Russian enterprises, it is necessary to allocate a high level of monopolization of separate branches ofeconomy that as a result leads to competition violation in the market; need ofimprovement of the legislation; difficult investment and business climate in the country; high level of corruption and bureaucracy at the level of the local and federal authority. All this complex of the listed problems results in need of more careful studying of modern strategy of the bankruptcy which have had the development in our country in the last two decades.
