Problems of ground relations in Republic Dagestan
Abstract
In article the modern situation in the ground market of the republic is analyzed, which author estimates as astable. The Delay of formation of the ground market in republic is connected by that at carrying out of the first stage of land reform effective models of land tenure taking into account features of region haven't been defined, the mechanism of construction of the market of the earth through structure of ground banks and system of registration of the rights to the earth hasn't beenfulfilled.
