Abstract
Correlating the basic concepts, principles, doctrines of liberal democracy, the policy of "white" governments, and analyzing legal documents, declarations and policy statements of the "white" government, the shape and general character of the state-legal ideology of "white" Russia as a liberal democracy are revealed.
