Abstract

The report proposed a method for determining the innovative capacity and innovation strategies for the modernization of the modern states, conclusions regarding the correlation of investment attractiveness of domestic macro-economic systems and their innovative's level; considered the world innovation progress as a factor of international capital's flows and of the international division of labor.
