Abstract

The raise in the percentage of non-reimbursable loans in the bank's loan book is expected in 2010. Taking into consideration these conditions it is reasonable to develop bank marketing of the databases. Recommendations for practical usage of analytical methods of multivariate statistics are given in the article - the methods of cluster analysis and discrimination analysis. The possibilities of practical usage of database bank marketing are states.
