The role of information in corporate governance
Abstract
The article describes the evolutionary development of the transition to the new format data management, specification of technical requirements for Analytics and visualization, modernization of the financial infrastructure and on this basis the change of the methodological framework and the information model of the system of corporate governance. It is determined that digitalization is a qualitatively new stage in the development of corporate governance, changes the form of economic and social interaction between agents, defines a new scientific direction of financial management, where information plays the role of a new technology in management.
