Actual aspects of the development of the national innovation system
Abstract
The article discusses the main aspects of the development of the national innovation environment from the point of view of a systems approach; the basic conditions of creation, the methods and factors of its formation; methods of stimulating innovation activity of various elements ofthe innovation system; presents the main models ofthe innovation environment; justified the choice of the current innovation model of development of the domestic economy. In conclusion, the main problems of the development of the national innovation system are identified and it is noted that the innovation environment is a determining condition for the innovative development ofthe region and the country.
