About the state of the Russian market of innovations
Abstract
This paper the problems, which have arisen on the way of development of innovative economy of Russia are considered. The movements of innovative indexes are compared: Russian market of innovations and investments and American NASDAQ index. Some reasons which slow down transition to the developed innovative economy are given.
