Ликвидация административных барьеров как форма оптимизации инвестиционного и делового климата в стране (на примере Италии)
Аннотация
Основной вклад в формирование благоприятного инвестиционного климата вносят такие факторы, как отсутствие административных барьеров и коррупционных механизмов, встроенных в инфраструктуру развития предпринимательства. Нерешенность данных проблем создает высокое поле неопределенности и рисков для бизнеса особенно в рамках долгосрочных проектов. Существенным элементом благоприятного инвестиционного климата - является степень удовлетворенности качеством государственных услуг.
