Регулирование системно важных банков является органичным компонентом обеспечения финансовой стабильности. Регулятивная политика в отношении таких банков должна исходить из наличия широкого круга инструментов воздействия, включая повышенные требования к уровню капитализации, прозрачности, управлению рисками и т.д.

Regulation of systemically important banks is an organic component of financial stability. Regulatory policy in respect of such banks should be based on the availability of a wide range of means, including increased requirements for capitalization, transparency, risk management, etc.
