В данной статье рассматриваются причины регулирования и надзора за финансовыми рынками. Финансовые рынки являются самыми регулируемыми секторами экономики западных стран и России. Автор отмечает характерные черты функционирования финансовых регуляторов. Анализируется роль регуляторов и особенность их деятельности в ведущих странах мира и России. В заключение кратко рассмотрена проблема создания в России мегарегулятора.
This article focuses on the reasons for regulation and supervision of financial markets. Financial markets are among the most regulated sectors of Western countries and Russia. The author considers characteristic features of the financial regulators functioning. Also role of the regulators and feature of their activities in the leading countries of the world and Russia are analysed in the article. In conclusion the problem of creation of the megaregulator in Russia is briefly considered.
