В статье рассмотрены стратегические аспекты управления энергосбережением в регионах и обоснована необходимость формирования и развития инструментов распространения инноваций в области энергосбережения на региональном уровне. Одними из инструментов являются центры коллективного пользования высокотехнологичным оборудованием. Предложено организовывать в регионах центры коллективного пользования, в наибольшей степени соответствующие региональным стратегиям энергосбережения.
