Приведена методика его оценки. Показаны основные свойства личности врожденного и приобретенного характера, влияющие в совокупности на формирование трудового потенциала. Особое внимание уделено анализу этих свойств и их учету менеджментом компании в практике управления человеческими ресурсами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The essence of the concept «labour potential of human resources» is analysed in the article. Its marking  technique is resulted. The basic congenital and gotten  properties of the person's  character are shown, that influent to formation of labour potential in aggregate.
