А также в статье определено место и роль финансовых ресурсов в системе финансового регулирования с учетом влияния внутренних и внешних факторов; рассмотрен поэлементный состав системы финансовых ресурсов предприятий.
This article describes the element wise composition of financial resources of enterprises. This article provides a systematic approach to the interpretation of the concept of financial resources, based on the principles of systematic and comprehensive research, analysis and evaluation. The article defines the place and role of financial resources in the system of financial regulation with regard to the influence of internal and external factors.
