В статье рассматривается новый аспект экономической теории институциализация страхования в экономической парадигме устойчивого развития. Исследуются проблемы и условия устойчивого развития экономики России. Автор излагает результаты исследования теории и практики устойчивого развития в современных условиях. Экономически обосновывает преимущества и экономическую эффективность возмещения непредвиденных убытков, через механизм страхования по сравнению с их возмещением за счет бюджетов разных уровней. Показано влияние страхования как института устойчивого развития на решение макроэкономических проблем государства.
In article the new aspect of the economic theory an insurance institutionalizing in an economic paradigm of a sustainable development is considered. Problems and conditions of a sustainable development of economy of Russia are investigated. The author states results of research of the theory and sustainable development practice in modern conditions. Economically proves advantages and economic efficiency of compensation of unforeseen losses, through the insurance mechanism in comparison with their compensation at the expense of budgets of different levels. Insurance influence as sustainable development institute on the decision of macroeconomic problems of the state is shown.
