Вертикально-интегрированные компании объединили крупные активы по принципу интеграции производства  и сбыта. В статье рассматриваются основные этапы становления этого процесса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Vertically integrated oil COMPANIES IN RUSSIA: DEVELOPMENT STAGES


In the early 90-ies of the Russian oil sector has experienced an unprecedented scale restructuring: based on a single industrial complex, owned by the state, were formed vertically oil companies, most of which passed into private ownership. Vertically integrated companies have combined assets of the largest on the principle of integrating production and sales.
